# About ROAS Performance Marketing

### ROAS is not a typical digital marketing agency.

We don’t have a one size fits all “proven formula”.

We believe in customised solutions, not one-size-fits- all formulas.

We don’t believe in "set it and forget it" advertising. Your campaigns deserve constant attention and optimisation.

We don’t employ high-pressure sales techniques. You'll work directly with experienced digital marketing professionals who are invested in your success.

## A simple process.

#### We take the time to thoroughly understand your business and its unique challenges.

After an initial discovery call, we dive into your data. We'll analyse your analytics , customer insights, and any advertising reports to understand  what’s working, what can be improved, what new opportunities we can explore, and what can be replaced.

#### We recommend.

We’ll put together an itemised proposal for work, based on what you’ve told us, and what the data has shown us. This will include a detailed plan of action, a timeline, budget,  measures of success and KPI’s to connect our success to.

#### We implement.

Once you’ve agreed to a proposal, we’ll go about making it happen, with your feedback throughout the process. Our first step will be creating measures of success (also called "conversions"), and then guiding all elements of our content and audiences to drive the most leads, sales, or other desired outcomes at the most efficient cost.

#### We review.

After each phase or project, we conduct a thorough review with you. We'll evaluate our performance against the agreed-upon success metrics, celebrate achievements, and transparently address areas for improvement.

#### We iterate.

After reviewing performance, we’ll discuss lessons learned, and work these into our next phase of work together.

#### We don't lock you in.

We've heard the horror stories of digital marketing agencies with long, fixed-term lock-in contracts, or even worse claiming ownership and I.P. over the products you paid them to create.

Unlike other digital marketing agencies, we won't lock you in to long-term contracts. You can cancel your service at any time with one months notice.

If you pay ROAS Performance Marketing to create and execute  your digital marketing campaigns, we'll do everything we can to make sure you have access to the accounts, and all the details on how it performs.

If you ever feel the need to change to someone else (we don't think you will though), we'll even make the handover process as efficient as possible.

### Hi, I’m Jeff – the founder of ROAS Performance Marketing.

I’m a Tauranga local, a father of two young boys (and one dog), and a lover of the ocean, lakes, and rivers. I’m also a *slightly* obsessed digital marketing practitioner, focused on using technology to simplify business and create meaningful connections.

My career in digital marketing started in the creative hub of Wellington in 2010 with a web development agency focused on membership organisations and financial institutions. Since then, I’ve worked with some of New Zealand’s biggest B2B events, innovative global exporters, local distributors, national charities, and more, to drive performance through digital marketing.

In my time working with these organisations, I’ve seen a real opportunity and *hunger* for growth through smart digital marketing in New Zealand. However, it can be difficult knowing where to start, where the quick wins are, and where the opportunities for long-term growth lie.

Meanwhile, I've witnessed agencies worldwide touting buzz words and 'proven systems' for digital success, only to deliver cookie-cutter campaigns. I knew there was a better way.

That's why I founded ROAS Performance Marketing. We're a New Zealand based digital marketing agency dedicated to providing top-tier digital marketing expertise to businesses in Tauranga, Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch, and across New Zealand.
